So years ago there was a website called snowboard.com which was basically a forums for snow sport enthusiasts from all over the world all coming together to share their love for the white stuff and riding. There were the regular post whores and the ones like me who would check out what was happening everyday but only post every so often. With heated discussions going on in the politics forum and new bands/ music being sought out in the music forums finding new music to put on your riding playlist if you are so inclined to listening to music while shredding, with forums dedicated to the various age groups too with people seeking advice on matters of the heart and life as well, we were like one big community out there to help each other out. You'd have the resort reviews and equipment reviews it really was an active forum especially around this time of year when everyone is dreaming/ thinking about the coming snow. Then, dun, dun, dun, the site was no more we new it was dying a death when you would log on and there would be error reports everywhere, twas sad sad indeed. We did things like secret Santa's every christmas where we would get a given the name of someone and their address to send a gift to while someone else got yours, nothing better than getting a nice surprise through the post from somewhere else in the world.

Anyhoo, a dude Adam a.k.a Texfrost has brought these forums to life again and with the help of Tom a.k.a Zipoko has transformed these forums into a good looking place to be with rad ideas a plenty it is growing from strength to strength and we just need more people to get involved, sign up and contribute to the forums, I have met some amazing people from this site and although have not met them in person they have helped me out just as I happily help them out.
